中秋節(jié)快到啦~相信大家都有自己的過節(jié)打算。但是，專業(yè)的外貿(mào)人就算是放假也會(huì)將客戶放在第一位！中秋將至，對(duì)外貿(mào)人來(lái)說不失為一個(gè)維護(hù)客戶營(yíng)銷產(chǎn)品聯(lián)絡(luò)感情輸出中華文化的好時(shí)機(jī)。

如何借勢(shì)中秋節(jié)，與客戶感情更進(jìn)一步呢？

首先，國(guó)外客戶不一定過中秋節(jié)，放假之前記得做好萬(wàn)全準(zhǔn)備哦：

1、提前將放假通知發(fā)給客戶，臨走之前最好再發(fā)一封正式的時(shí)間表給客戶，告訴他們確定的放假時(shí)間和你的緊急聯(lián)系方式。與此同時(shí)，大家也可以發(fā)個(gè)郵件給客戶介紹一下中秋節(jié)，聯(lián)絡(luò)感情。

2、設(shè)置郵箱的自動(dòng)回復(fù)，防止有客戶發(fā)來(lái)詢盤或者其他的郵件，萬(wàn)一美滋滋的過完假期回來(lái)，發(fā)現(xiàn)錯(cuò)失了詢盤或者訂單，那就糟心了。

雖然國(guó)外沒有中秋節(jié),但在中秋這樣的大節(jié)日給客戶發(fā)一封祝福信（注意不是開發(fā)信哦），會(huì)顯得你很上心，可以和客戶增進(jìn)感情。（而且亞洲其實(shí)挺多國(guó)家慶祝中秋的，只是叫法不太一樣。）

給客戶發(fā)一封問候信，介紹一下中秋節(jié)的意義，和他們分享節(jié)日的快樂，感謝客戶的支持，最后還可以附上自己的產(chǎn)品資料。（針對(duì)老客戶可以把之前推薦過的產(chǎn)品發(fā)一份詳細(xì)的報(bào)價(jià)單。）

不過祝福的郵件不要寫的太長(zhǎng)，簡(jiǎn)短說明一下就好。下面是一些基礎(chǔ)模板，大家可以參考一下：

"Zhong Qiu Jie",which is also known as the Mid-Autumn Festival,is celebrated on the 15th day of the 8th month of the lunar calendar.It is a time for family members and loved ones to congregate and enjoy the full moon-an auspicious symbol of abundance,harmony and luck.Adults will usually indulge in fragrant mooncakes of many varieties with a good cup of piping hot Chinese tea,while the little ones run around with their brightly-lit lanterns.

Mooncakes are to Mid-Autumn Festival what mince pies are to Christmas.The seasonal round cakes traditionally have a sweet filling of lotus seed paste or red bean paste and often have one or more salted duck eggs in the center to represent the moon.And the moon is what this celebration is all about.Mid-Autumn Festival falls on the 15th day of the 8th month;it is the time when the moon is said to be at its brightest and fullest.

"Zhong Qiu Jie"probably began as a harvest festival.The festival was later given a mythological flavour with legends of Chang-E,the beautiful lady in the moon.

There are two legends which claim to explain the tradition of eating mooncakes.

According to Chinese mythology,the earth once had 10 suns circling over it.One day,all 10 suns appeared together,scorching the earth with their heat.The earth was saved when a strong archer,Hou Yi,succeeded in shooting down 9 of the suns.Yi stole the elixir of life to save the people from his tyrannical rule,but his wife,Chang-E drank it.Thus started the legend of the lady in the moon to whom young Chinese girls would pray at the Mid-Autumn Festival.

In the 14th century,the eating of mooncakes at"Zhong Qiu Jie"was given a new significance.The story goes that when Zhu Yuan Zhang was plotting to overthrow the Yuan Dynasty started by the Mongolians,the rebels hid their messages in the Mid-Autumn mooncakes.Zhong Qiu Jie is hence also a commemoration of the overthrow of the Mongolians by the Han people.

During the Yuan Dynasty(A.D.1206-1368)China was ruled by the Mongolian people.Leaders from the preceding Sung Dynasty(A.D.960-1279)were unhappy at submitting to foreign rule,and set how to coordinate the rebellion without it being discovered.

The leaders of the rebellion,knowing that the Moon Festival was drawing near,ordered the making of special cakes.Packed into each mooncake was a message with the outline of the attack.On the night of the Moon Festival,the rebels successfully attacked and overthrew the government.What followed was the establishment of the Ming Dynasty(A.D.1368-1644).Today,moon cakes are eaten to commemorate this event.

這些國(guó)家也過中秋

韓國(guó)人中秋節(jié)上演返鄉(xiāng)大潮在韓國(guó)，中秋節(jié)非常隆重（韓國(guó)人稱為“秋夕”），堪稱一年中最重要的節(jié)日。這一天在外工作的韓國(guó)人都要回老家與父母團(tuán)圓，所以會(huì)出現(xiàn)返鄉(xiāng)大潮，首都首爾出城的高速公路一定會(huì)大堵特堵，火車票開放預(yù)售的第一天也會(huì)有不少人去火車站打地鋪搶票。

越南的中秋也是兒童節(jié)越南的中秋節(jié)也是兒童節(jié)。這是因?yàn)樵谠侥?，中秋?jié)之前父母?jìng)兲幱谵r(nóng)忙之中，缺少陪伴孩子們的時(shí)間，而中秋節(jié)就是農(nóng)忙之后為補(bǔ)償孩子們所設(shè)立的節(jié)日。按照當(dāng)?shù)亓?xí)俗，家長(zhǎng)們會(huì)送給孩子們最喜愛的玩具和零食，其中燈籠必不可少。

新加坡千人博餅慶中秋新加坡的中秋節(jié)雖然不放假，但節(jié)日氣氛非常濃厚。新加坡廈門公會(huì)等機(jī)構(gòu)還會(huì)聯(lián)合舉辦國(guó)民融合千人博餅慶中秋晚會(huì)。中秋博餅是廈門民間特有的習(xí)俗，傳說鄭成功屯兵廈門時(shí)，為排遣士兵在佳節(jié)思念家鄉(xiāng)親人的愁緒，想出了中秋博餅這個(gè)游戲，后來(lái)演變?yōu)橛腥さ拿袼?，甚至流傳到了新加坡?/p>

馬來(lái)西亞中秋提燈籠在馬來(lái)西亞，中秋節(jié)可謂是除春節(jié)以外的第二大華人節(jié)日。經(jīng)過長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展演變，馬來(lái)西亞的中秋習(xí)俗同中國(guó)已有很多不同。人們除了吃月餅外，最重要的活動(dòng)是提燈籠游行。
